16 colors transfers to the watch about twice as fast. 32 and 64 cost the same (both use 8 bits per pixel) — so pick 16 for speed, or 64 for looks. If the image doesn't show on the watch, choose 16.
Keep this page open in Safari with the iPhone plugged in. The page keeps the screen awake. Photos go only to your own PulseLink account; on the watch, choose You menu → Image slot → Camera.
