Watchface Image

Put your own image on your PulseLink watchface — a photo, team logo, or any symbol you love. One slot is free; the full version holds five.

What makes an ideal image

Match your background color. The image blends in seamlessly when its background matches your watchface background color. The default is black, but you can change it in the watch's Background setting.
Square, 400×400 px or larger. It's scaled to fit your watch; the exact size depends on your model and on where you place it. Non-square images are center-cropped.
High-contrast colors. Use colors that contrast with your background. On a dark background, bright colors (white, yellow, cyan, red) stand out; on a light background, darker colors read better.
Photos work too. To fit the watch's memory the image is reduced to a limited color palette, so very subtle shades and smooth gradients may shift slightly. With enough colors, photos can still come through well. Logos, crests and bold shapes with flat colors are the most forgiving.

1. Connect your watch

Open PulseLink on your watch and open the You menu. The bottom line is Device ID — enter the code shown there.

2. Choose & preview your image

True-to-watch preview, shown full screen. On the watch, You menu → Watch face → Image chooses where it sits: Center full fills the screen, Center small leaves a black margin, Upper puts it in the top half.

Pick your watch model and color count below. The result box tells you whether the image will show, judged at full screen — the hardest case.

Colors

Rule: 16 colors or fewer is the safe choice. Judged at full screen — the hardest case — so if it passes here it also works with Center small and Upper.

Image slot — save up to 5 images on the server. Pick which one your watch uses here or on the watch (You menu → Image slot).

After uploading, restart PulseLink on your watch. The image downloads via your phone and appears on the watchface automatically. A larger file can take 10 seconds or more to appear — give it time. If it still doesn't show after waiting, it's too large and failed; reduce the color count and upload again.
